At Gettysburg/Battlefield KOA - Wednesday 10/09/2019

Site #32 was level and shaded so well that my awning was never extended.
Next door, Ray & Sue's Class C. Brand new screened
house was erected for the first time. The next time it'll be
done much quicker...they say.

Roberta's "Monster" Class A was diagonally up the road.

L to R: Sue, Tony, Doreen, Ray and Ray. "New Ray" had site behind Tony
& Doreen and is a 'work/camper' hired by KOA. He was instrumental and informative
regarding what to visit and where to eat. Thank you, New Ray.

P.S. We also have an "Old Ray" in the club. He's presently in Florida.

Roberta & Ray

At Tony/Doreen's site...always the host/hostess and always
a most comfortable place to be whether it be for eating or enjoying
the warmth of a campfire.

A steaming pot of clam chowder soup provided by Our Ray. Perfect for the
nippy days and delicious. Sue and Ray also provided a crock pot with a

turkey/vegetable soup. Thank you.

A view down the road. All sites full. Whenever anyone left,
within hours, the next RV arrived. It is Columbus Day Weekend after all.

An ample supply of firewood (if you know where to look) provided a most
comfortable setting for the very chilly nights. Temps usually dipped
into the low 50's. That log eventually disappeared.
